Strategic Claude enablement

The facilitated enablement that cost enterprises thousands. Now £20 a month, free for three.

Signalcroft AI turns the facilitated Claude sessions that once ran as private enterprise engagements into a curriculum any professional can work through. Self-paced modules, a live cohort every month, and the artifact you actually finish.

Four tracks, from Claude Readiness to a working app you built in an afternoon. Three months free, no card.

One capability, anywhere you operate. Every number on the globe is real, dated and sourced.

The problem

Being aware of Claude is not the same as being capable with it.

Most professionals have tried Claude once or twice. Far fewer have used it to finish something that mattered, to the standard their own work demands.

The free content is abundant and it stops at the same place every time: a demo, a clever prompt, a flicker of what is possible, and then back to the day job unchanged. What is missing is the facilitated path from a blank screen to a finished artifact, and the habit that follows it. That path is what enterprises paid consultants thousands of pounds to run. It is the thing we have productised.

The curriculum

Four tracks. Each one leaves you with something you built.

Every track was a real engagement, now productised. The deck, the hands-on build, the prompts, the frameworks, and the artifact you finish with. Work them self-paced, then bring your questions to the live monthly cohort.

Track 01

Claude Readiness

Where you and your organisation stand across the Claude portfolio, the blockers, and a prioritised plan.

You leave with a clear read on where you stand, and a prioritised plan for what to do next.

Track 02

Claude Cowork

Deploying Claude across a team and its work, so the capability is shared rather than trapped with one enthusiast.

You leave able to put Claude to work across a team, not just your own screen.

Build an app in four hours Track 03

Claude Code, build an app

The four-hour workshop that takes you from nothing to a working application, engineer or not, by describing what you want. You do not write the code. You describe it, shape it, and watch it run.

You leave with a working app you built in an afternoon, and the method to build the next one.

Track 04

Claude Design

The design deep dive: using Claude across the design process, from first idea to finished asset.

You leave fluent in Claude for real design work, with pieces you made to show for it.

Wrapped around all four

The whole capability journey

One membership carries the lot: the Intelligence Hub, the prompt library, governance frameworks for SMB, mid-market and enterprise, and the weekly market brief that keeps every track current.

You leave current, not just trained, because the material moves as the models do.

How it works

Free trial, to finished artifact, to habit.

The three-month trial is generous by design. It exists to get you to one finished artifact and one completed session before a card is ever asked for.

StartStart free. Three months, no card, full access to everything.
ChoosePick a track. Readiness, Cowork, Code or Design.
BuildFinish the artifact. On the Code track, a working app in four hours.
CohortJoin the live monthly cohort. Bring what you built and what you got stuck on.
HabitIt becomes routine. Then put your team through it too.

Pricing

Start free. Then the price that made this a subscription.

Every price is on the page. The facilitated enablement that cost enterprises thousands is twenty pounds a month, and free for the first three.

Free trial
Free 3 months, no card

Full access from day one. The goal is one finished artifact and one session completed before a card is ever asked for.

  • Every track, self-paced
  • The Intelligence Hub and prompt library
  • No card, no auto-conversion

For anyone curious enough to build one real thing.

Team
£15 /seat/month, annual, 5+ seats

Everything in Individual, run for a group, with the admin and reporting a firm needs to see adoption.

  • Everything in Individual
  • A shared workspace and an admin
  • A private team cohort
  • Adoption reporting

The land-and-expand tier, for a firm putting a team through.

Bespoke
from £2,500 scoped

The original facilitated engagements, run live for your organisation. The real IP, at high margin.

  • The Claude Readiness assessment at £2,500
  • A private Code, Cowork or Design workshop
  • Delivered live, for the enterprise that wants it that way

For an enterprise that wants it delivered in the room.

A facilitated live cohort is the premium experience, and pricing is a hypothesis until a hundred people have paid it. A dedicated premium cohort tier may join this table once the pricing review reports. Prices follow Simon's stated £20 and three-months-free spec, and nothing reprices without his sign-off. Prices exclude VAT.

The economics, stated honestly

Twenty pounds a month is £240 a year per member, roughly one fiftieth of a single old Readiness Audit, so this model runs on a volume the old one never needed. Team seats at £15 lift accounts above a lone subscriber, and a handful of Bespoke engagements at £2,500 and up carry the early years while the self-serve base builds.

Delivery is content, community and agent support, not consultant days, which is the reason the price can stay this low. The constraint on this business is acquisition, not delivery, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up.

Who it is for

Land with the individual. Expand to the team.

The motion runs individual to team to firm, the reverse of selling to a board. It is cheaper to start, and it compounds through the one member who ships something real and wants their colleagues to do the same.

Recruitment and executive searchPriority segment

The people pulling ahead are not the ones with the biggest budgets. They are the ones who treat Claude capability as something to build and keep, not install once.

For a search professional, the curriculum turns curiosity into a working practice: prompts on real placement and mapping work, a governance policy the firm can stand behind, and the Code track for the tool you always wished someone would build you.

Private equity operating teams

Keeping portfolio companies current on Claude is becoming a named responsibility, and most operating teams cannot hire for it.

An operating partner works the tracks once and can carry a tested, portfolio-ready capability across every holding, then expand it to the teams inside them through the Team tier rather than starting each one from scratch.

Regional accountancy and legal

Your people are already using Claude. The question is whether the firm knows what they are doing with it, and can prove it.

The curriculum starts from the compliance question as much as the productivity one: a governance policy you can trust, a controlled way to bring the whole practice up a level, and the frameworks a regulated firm is expected to hold.

The wider knowledge worker

You do not need to be in a priority segment to need this. You need to finish something with Claude, to a standard you are happy to put your name to.

Twenty pounds a month, free for three, is a price the individual can decide on without a business case. That is the point: the enablement a handful of enterprises could afford, opened up to the professional who simply wants to be good at this.

Governance and trust

The trust questions, answered plainly.

No, we do not need access to your client data.

Signalcroft AI delivers a curriculum, a hub and live cohorts to you. Working through the tracks does not require us to take custody of your client, candidate or matter data.

No, we do not need access to your systems.

The hub is ours and you log into it. Nothing installs inside your environment, and nothing we ship depends on integration with your case, practice or CRM systems.

Yes, governance is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Setup and Onboarding builds a governance policy on your real workflows, and the frameworks for SMB, mid-market and enterprise come with every membership. Being able to show what your people are doing with Claude is a feature, not a footnote.

Where is your account data held? Pending security sign-off

Hosting locations, data residency and subprocessor details will be published here once they have passed our internal security review. We would rather leave this blank than publish it unverified.

Draft note: all copy in this section requires security review sign-off before publication. One answer is deliberately incomplete rather than invented.

Evidence

Where the member evidence will go.

Placeholder: member results

A site like this would show member names, the things they built, and quotes here. Ours does not, yet.

We do not have members to quote, and we only publish names, artifacts or results with written permission on file. This block stays honest and empty until the evidence exists. When it fills, every figure in it will have a source you can ask about.

Start here

One finished artifact, before a card is asked for.

Three months, full access, no card. The goal of the trial is simple: one thing you built and one session completed, so the value is felt before anything is paid.
